課程概述 |
區域發展的理論與鄉村/ 城市間的關係密切相關，要創造台灣鄉村發展，不可自外於城市，反之亦然。鄉村發展相較於城市的有利條件，一方面可以擴及區域的尺度，以城市帶動鄉村發展；另方面可以發揮鄉村固有的自然生態、文化資產、地方產業及社會資本等既存(existence)特性，皆能夠達到區域平衡城鄉差異的目標。然而，城鄉間的政府政策與條件不一，取捨之間常造成整合不易的現象。換言之，鄉村/城市發展本質就是一種區域發展。 |

課程目標 |
本課程探索區域發展理論的典範移轉，著重於養成博士生對區域永續發展的思辨能力，繼而啟發對台灣區域發展的研究興趣。 |

課程要求 |
(1)課堂研討報告：一週上課，隔週由修課同學報告，並繳交上週研討內容提要及心得，遲交兩週以上不計分。
(2)期末報告：請於01/16 下午5:00前繳交至彭老師辦公室，逾期將扣分。
(3) 課堂研討報告50% (2) 期末報告 50% |
